RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Return Policy is valid for 7 days after date of delivery.
Should you not be entirely satisfied with the product received, you may return the product at
your expense, to us after notifying us via email, within 7 days after date of delivery.
A product may be returned provided the product is unused and undamaged, with original
labels still attached, and not missing any accessories.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, it will be replaced provided
that the product is still in stock. Should an exchange be impossible, the purchase price of the
product will be refunded or a store credit which can be redeemed for future purchases, can
be issued. Courier fees will not be refunded.
The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit –

Jewellery
Swimwear and underwear
Oceaniva is entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a
re-saleable condition or missing any accessories
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
COURIER & DELIVERY
All items are sent via Door-to-Door Courier during weekdays Monday to Friday, during office
hours.
Orders will be processed and sent upon receipt of payment into Oceaniva’s Bank account.
COLLECTIONS
Orders may be collected from Shop 21 Jeffreys Bay Surf Village, 1 Da Gama Road, Jeffreys
Bay. (No Couriers allowed) Mon - Fri 10am to 3pm.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
MAIN CENTRES – Please allow 2-3 working days from date of cleared payment
Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, East London, Port
Elizabeth, George, Kimberly, Nelspruit, Pretoria, Stellenbosch.
OUTER LYING AREA’S – 3 -5 working days
Oceaniva reserves the right to quote on delivery to outer lying area’s in which event you will
receive an email in this regard

TRACKING OF ORDERS
You’ll receive your tracking number via Whatsapp on dispatch of your parcel, which number
can be tracked via the courier company’s website
