Refund policy
Our Return Policy is valid for 7 days after date of delivery. Should you not be entirely satisfied with the product received, you may return the product at your expense, to us after notifying us via email, within 7 days after date of delivery.
A product may be returned provided the product is unused and undamaged, with original labels still attached, and not missing any accessories.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, it will be replaced provided that the product is still in stock. Should an exchange be impossible, the purchase price of the product will be refunded or a store credit which can be redeemed for future purchases, can be issued. Courier fees will not be refunded.
The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit – Products marked as “Sale” items Gift Cards Jewellery Swimwear and underwear
Oceaniva is entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories
